Let's zone or rezone the area adjacent to the Sky Harbor Airport bordered by the 202 to the north and the I-10 to the west for commercial and light industrial specific to developing, manufacturing, and distributing of technology. This area has some of the highest blithe and crime rates in the COP. Imagine all the business and jobs this would create to support this industry directly or indirectly. Let's incentivize these types of businesses to locate next to a major freeway and airport system. Let's incentivize land and building developers to use this area instead of using virgin land.
