I want Phoenix to be the model other cities strive for. Detroit is the model for what not to do, and now what to do to save and revitalize a city. I am impressed with the boldness of their urban agriculture initiative. I am impressed with their decision to tear down blithe, crime ridden neighborhoods, move the population to better neighborhoods, and replace these areas with natural parks and urban agriculture.
