Bike theft is a serious problem within downtown and central Phoenix, there needs to be monitoring device (GPS system) to find and identify stolen bikes with the City of Phoenix and Maricopa County. With cell phones and computers, there should a technology available for bikers and the Police Department that might reduce bike theft within the city.
