I see Broadway plays showcasing in other cities around the Valley... Phoenix is really selling itself short. It could attract so many new people to the downtown corridor if it pitched for some of these Broadway shows. Another way to get more people to downtown is to premiere films. Unfortunately we have one movie theater in the downtown vicinity, AMC Theaters. However, the theater is big enough to house a movie premiere, even if its just a small one. Tempe has, before, gotten movie premieres, so why can't we?
