Build the first ever TEMPERATURE friendly Amusement Park along the Rio Salado with a major portion of the Park with a Lake like Tempe Town Lake. A clever design would have indoor airconditioned roller coaster and rides like DISNEY or Universal Studio's. A major Water PARK would be installed as well. This would be visible flying in and out of the cities and would boost Laveen and surrounding areas.
