When you see walls and buildings with Graffiti there should be an emphasis on Camera's and a Graffiti barrier product so walls don't end up looking like a hodgepodge of colors and the damage is done even though covered up.This should be added to code. It's also more environmentally safe and actually protects the color integrity of the walls and is faster to fix. Please see video.
