So far the buildings built for the Phoenix Biomedical Campus have been squat little 6-story structures or shorter. When using wood frame, that's okay, but in these cases that's a wasteful way to use scarce downtown land.

For the rest of the PBC's buildout, build UP! The opportunity cost savings in the potential of the unused land will reap us dividends in the long run and offset any marginally increased construction costs.

No more short steel/concrete buildings in downtown. Build UP!
