I believe it would be beneficial to Phoenix if they would either have transit services later in the night or earlier in the morning I know several people who work over night shifts and have trouble getting there. Every other major city has bus service and train service all night and day. Also more buses waiting for an hour to an hour and a half in the heat for a bus is not the best way to spend the day, I know I've done it.
