I live in South Phoenix area and am part of a HOA planned area. It bothers me that there are these pockets (medians, parks, etc...) of City of Phoenix maintained areas. Why not allow the residents to maintain these areas as part of their HOA when it is really more of a reflection upon them then the City. Also something needs to be done about all the election signs and A frames cluttering the streets. It is very annoying that business and political candidates leave this clutter laying along the roadways. One of the nicest things about Phoenix over other cities nationwide is the beauty you see while touring in your car.
