Currently if you live in a Condo complex, apartment building, or certain multiplexes in Phoenix, recycling can be a dicey issue. Single family homes of course have the blue bins, but if you live in an apartment building, its a big pain to have to sort your own recyclables and make special trips to a recycle center.

Phoenix was way out ahead of many Cities with its initial recycling program, but now we've fallen behind.

We need to do a much better job with our recycled waste and follow the lead of cities like San Antonio. Lets climb up lists like this instead of being constantly mediocre:
