We need a design review board made up of premier architects to mitigate a lot of the badly designed buildings that come up for permitting. Creating and maintaining an excellent design standard for Phoenix will put us on the map. We have the talent in this city, we just need to enforce design guidelines so that developers will utilize the talent.
