Every single new street that receives new maintenance attention in Phoenix needs to INCLUDE a BIKE LANE in its plans, engineering, and design!!!! This is one way for the city to have a leg up on the Federal Government's encouragement of all major cities to implement a "Complete Streets" policy in the very near future!!!
