End the mandatory fencing-off of our neighborhood open spaces - school yards. Take down the fences. Lets us participate and enjoy the views, meet with others and have all ages mix. School yards should be multiuse parks for the local comunity, especially in the evenings and non school hours. Where are people to gather? Where are people to be outside? Offering only private property of businesses encourages spending, yet people must save also for their future. Believe it or not more people, with more eyes, who can get to know or recognize each other, is our safest form of organization and creates the safest spaces, both public and private.
