Every street between the Sevens from Hance Park to Buckeye should have bike lanes. I also suggest painting them green like many other major cities do, though since we're starting basically from scatch, I'll accept that as a nice-to-have.

Not just Fillmore, and not just Roosevelt, but EVERY street in downtown.
