I think the downtown area needs a few new skyscrapers that are somewhat large and will woo others from other places these will make more businesses come fourth which can make more residents overtime. Phoenix is a boom town it is getting larger and larger so we need some more jobs for the new comers.Do not make to many but to start off maybe 2 or three and grow from there i think this could help boost an already growing economy in phoenix!
