I'd like a wider business license process. We have an Ice Cream truck that rolls through the neighborhood everyday. Loud and noisy. The truck is old and dirty. I think you need a reasonable practices code that supports the business and protects the communities. Why would it be good business to sell ice cream by traveling by every house-everyday for six months at the same of day for the last six months. How can a city tolerate such business practice.
