Make the museum area in central Phoenix model something like Balboa Park in San Diego. Add some new museums, i.e. Natural History Museum, Space Museum, Museum of Anthropology, etc. Add segway rentals in the area and all day (or 2-day) museum passes. Incorporate the area with the Burton Barr Library and Margaret T. Hance Park.
