I suggest it become a law in the City (if not the county or state) that all new construction require solar. In addition all bank-owned homes must have solar installed as part of the sales process. Who wouldn't pay a little extra to never have an electric bill? It serves the dual purpose of reducing our strain on the Colorado River.
