There is an empty shopping center sitting at Dunlap I-17 behind the Chevron station. That center could be partially dismantled for several newer restaurants. Clearly there is a need... less than 1/3 mile away at Peoria is a very busy lunch rush area near MetroCenter with tons of new developement.
