I spray off my car for work 2x a week and have used 14 different washes.. They all operate P O O R LY, Grade F. Why F? Homeless Pandering /Condition of building and lot. Actual operation of the machinery..soap doesn't come out or switch or the no spot doesn't work with old foam brushes. So, you go toCLEANFREAK which : over uses the lower rocker spinning brushes with leave a heavy film on your rims and lower body panels. For a town of Phoenix's size..it's needs decent reliable car washes. It's time for the old and poorly ran washes to go out of business with more environmentally updated drain catches. I think a chain with 10 new washes will also take up some empty lots.Some of the spray off washes look like they were built in 1961...it's 2013.. That's 52 years! C'mon lets get some new washes for my 28K car to stay clean!
