Yes, this is a niche market, but it would be great to have such a venue in downtown PHX, in addition to FilmBar. It could also be the beginning of something larger. Many cities have international film festivals that people from all over come to attend. Why can't we do the same in PHX? This would be one positive step towards realizing this goal.
