Is it possible to unlock and open the series of vehicle gates that cordon off traffic from the Central Ave buisness district and the Willow neighborhoods to the west, when there are events that close off Central Avenue. When races close off Central those that live west of Central but east of those gates get trapped in our properties until the conclusion of the event. It seems like a simple solution to open those gates just for the duration of the events and allow residence to go on with their day; go to work, church et al.
