My big idea is to make Phoenix the Safest Community in the United States.
1. Over the next 10 years Modernize the Phoenix Police Department
a. Hire two thousand FBI /qualified Police Officers
b. Hire one thousand 911 operators with as a minimum- holding Associate Degree.
c. Hire five hindered trained specialist in the areas of financial, computer crimes
d. Hire one hundred highly trained CSI specialist
e. Hire five hundred traffic patrol (only) officers

2. Ten year moratorium on building, or investing in Public Housing and in its place:
a. Reestablish a SECTION 8 program that gives homeownership chances to the truly deserving
b. City of Phoenix to back a first time homeowners program geared to the 20 something young family
c. City to commit $10 Million to a solid Neighborhood Stabilization Program

3. Five year moratorium on issuance of a liquor licenses in Phoenix
4. Place all of Phoenix under a Crime Free Addendum Process
5. Provide more areas within the South Mountain area of Phoenix the opportunity to become HISTORIC DISTRICTS.
