Instead of getting into a big spat over Big Developers VS Local Neighborhoods... why not try to carefully map that.... Create a redevelope zone for Big Builders: High Rises, Big Boxes.. so they don't get alot of NOs... and the LOCAL locals small neighborhoods... This way they all move forward quickly.
