Identify where PARKING would cause a BOOM! in downtown business.. Where is parking missing? Where is there clearly not enough? Is a parking garage the answer or a lot or mini parking lots..? Or fee/free street parking? Parking is such an issue within successful businesses.. is more needed? to grow?
