Imagine MORE Landscaping creating a Parkway from the Airport Along BUCKEYE to 7th Street... So that the Impression of Phoenix from the plane to Downtown is good... All those ugly buildings and Empty Lots/Adult bookstores etc. are not a good idea at all! Sure we have highways...but a SMARTWAY would create the impression of the whole area being a resort town.
