I think whats missing in Phoenix is a SPINE for the city. I think 7th STREET is the real SPINE for the city. It should be worked on from McDowell All the way to SunnySlope. A consistent Spine would unite the North South. East/West is Camelback to Grand Avenue. That needs worked on also.
