We need to attract, produce, and RETAIN the best and the brightest! I just don't want to live in a city in which people locate here when the economy is good and leave when it is bad. Or attend an university because it is cheaper than another state (California) and then move back after graduation. Or winter here and only invest seasonally. I want to live in a city that I can have a career, raise my family, and retire in. I want my children and grandchildren to stay here because it is the best place for them to have a successful career and raise their family. It doesn't matter what type of family you come from or have, FAMILY is the heart and center of this city and nation! We need to have more native born Arizonians creating and leading this city's future...
