There is lovely sunshine in Phoenix.. and it FADES paint colors effectly. Can Phoenix Spread the word about less fadable paints and paint colors? Then! Paint key visible Apartments/Shopping Centers that need a new coat of paint? Pittsburgh, PA did this project and now Pittsburgh is widely considered a liviable city due to this and other changes.
