There is newsmagazine called THE SLAMMER which is about 1/4 the Circle K's in town. There are websites..like the FBI's Marshall's office... Why not have a program to Visibly Encourage and Catch : PHOENIX's MOST Wanted. It's kind of a disjointed system that is vague. The police department need a show - a website to regularly show these criminals. If there is something in existence it needs revamped. We need to deputize the public and up the capture rate with a drastically improved TIP LINE.
