Either Add a Target Store, Walmart Store to relaunch mall... or... tear down Sears end and re route Metro Loop to allow Castles and Coasters to grow with new parking and rides. Perhaps several Hotels. If you look at Peoria at 1-17 is booming with activity... That Should happen at Dunlap. That Center that is dead should be chopped up into several restaurants with a relaunched Metro Center. Giving up on Metro is not a good or smart move for Phoenix. It's allow the suburbs to swallow Phoenix.
