There needs to be better, colorful signage regarding Hiking on popular trails. We are spending a small fortune on rescues. We need a stupid HIKER law. Works like this: No Water, No Cellphone, No Hiking shoes... and a you get rescued: BAM 4K fine. That will make people think twice about being a stupid hiker. Need better signage.
