How about a groovy grocery co-op?? Tons of tree canopies !! The new owner of the building on 15th ave and Mcdowell is completely renovating this space where the dollar store and other businesses reside. Maybe he can work together with the Grand ave businesses to get this side of town groovy and beautiful!!! David Black is the owner and he needs new hip businesses to come in. Anyone interested?? Amazing neighborhoods are near these areas. Fairview Place, FQ story , Del Norte, Encanto Palmcroft. I would love this end of town to be a beautiful unique destination for all ( especially bicyclists) I picture the perimeter of the lot filled with bike racks ( no cars allowed ) :0) and the middle having tons of picnic tables with beautiful trees. A girl can dream can't she! :)
