Clearly there is a DIVIDE between Hispanic residents and other races. Is there any PRIME examples of mixed entertainment/shopping in other states like ours? What works? Clearly the Riverwalk in San Antonio works. Water. They have a Bajou park in Dallas and Houston. Indian Art/Southwestern Art in SantaFe.. we ONLY do if it's a special weekend..Why?
