Clearly Camelback Avenue is really nice at Central but is blighted from Central to i-17! That is a main entrance Point into Downtown and Biltmore shopping. It needs cleaned up, old buildings leveled, banners plants etc. 7th Street from the i-10 has the same issue. Never have your entrance look like Garbage to you important areas or you will scare off visitors and create a disjointed appearance. This is exactly what San Diego did... Parkways is the solution for much of what Ails Phoenix. Quit building parks no one will see and instead Jazz up what EVERYONE will see constantly. win WIN win.
