The homeless should never be forced to sleep lined up on a sidewalk as they are in downtown Phoenix. No one should ever be stopped again from handing out food and water to those in need as was Dana Crow-Smith last month. I don't care how many non-existent, artificial corporation entities claim to required handouts. Taking care of the living must start taking precedence over profit.
