If only to relieve the stress on I-17 and I-10 in the Downtown area.
You aren't going to force people out of their cars. The light rail
removes very few cars from the streets. If it was so cost effective why do they cut back service when money is tight.
Electric buses would be a much better use of limited funds.
And to say that the Feds are paying for a lot of it; if you haven't
noticed they are borrowing 40 plus cents of every dollar to "give"
us those things.
Can't keep this up.
