The City of Phoenix Parks Board should allow for at least 2 more members on the Board from the current member limit of 8. Also, the Parks Board should include at least one naturalist or horticulturalist on the Board. Currently, there is not a member with a biology related background. Having a naturalist focused member on the Board would aide in more environmental conscience decisions in our parks and preserves.
