Much of downtown between Jefferson & Fillmore has trash cans thanks to the Downtown Phoenix Partnership, but between Fillmore & Hance Park there are none.

Pedestrian areas without trash cans not surprisingly gather more trash than areas that do have them. So let's put them throughout downtown if we want to build it for pedestrians.
