Significant work has gone into the renovation of the Luhrs Building and Luhrs Tower in downtown Phoenix as part of a major mixed-use development project. The historic buildings are not vacant, but certain floors are under-utilized. As the economy picks up steam, what uses could and should go into these local landmarks.
