App would improve communication between public and police. Reporting a crime in progress, DUI/DWI, unsafe driving, threats on rail/bus. Videos (live?) could be sent for evidence.
In Arizona, Mesa and Gilbert have such apps. Many more nationally.
Maybe expand app to cover MAG.
