I would love it if there were a bike garage downtown. I am a recent transplant from Chicago and absolutely loved the McDonald Cycle Center. It was more than just a garage that housed 300 bikes, had a locker room with showers and was available 24/7 to members, it was also a bike rental store, a repair shop, a police officer station (cops on bikes!) and most importantly, a community of like minded folks who could share/exchange ideas.
