I confess that I have no idea how to make this happen, with the current size and seating arrangement of the light rail cars, but there needs to be additional space for commuters to store their bikes. On too many days, especially in the morning, the bike racks are completely full and commuters with bikes instead have to stand with their bikes in the aisles. The way the space is configured usually means that these individuals have to congregate at the entrances of the light rail cars, blocking the way of commuters who wish either to board or de-board the train. Some improvement needs to be made to the current arrangement of space within the light rail cars.
