Create and build park like walking paths with solar/ led lighting, urban artscapes, benches with a sustainable landscape. This is a great investment and would impact the our neighborhoods to build community pride and involvement while discouraging blight, graffiti and property crimes that some of our older neighborhoods are experiencing.
