It's clear that the downtown from 7th st to 7th Ave all up and down Central is the main Downtown Areas. You see tires shops, empty lots, old gas stations, gaps, a new block. But one has to wonder: What about a supply feeder system for downtown: A new QT Downtown, A new Sprouts or Fry's, Other Fast Food than MCD's, Midpriced hotels from 20 chains could be there. This "feeder system" would help and propel DT's growth and also fix some so so looking streets with a plan.
