I stop by the Steele Indian School Park and gasped again at the afternoon "waterings"... because it matches someones work schedule... not NATURE. HUH? It's simple: Water is clear and acts like a magnifying glass on anything it's over. So it's put over our expensive lawn in a major city park only to FRY the life out of the grass. The proof is in the grass that is dead all over. Watering should occur 2 hours after sundown and again at 5 or 6 am.
