There are numerous areas that have no GLUE: Capital, Downtown, Fairgrounds. The area in the center of all these non connected areas is McDowell and Grand, Somewhat 7th Avenue. A Visual study to connect these areas could make the downtown AREA appear 4x as finished and large.
