Whenever you have a Warehouse District..it looks slightly depressing..even though a lot of money is being made in those ugly buildings. We should convince big Real Estate Owners that this will promote the city welfare by upgrading the color of the buildings to something other than off white with dark marks with rust stains running down the side of the buildings.. especially if it's near Downtown..
