All City Public meetings should be televised. I know there is the Phoenix channel but it is only on Cable and should be broadcast on Satellite also. Also there should be a web-site that has full transcripts of all laws, city code, or any item that is going to be voted on by the Councel. That way the public can review these items and if they wish to tell the councel that they like or dislike the item they can come to the meetings and state their case.
