Several beautiful historic neighborhoods lie next to the light rail but need to be preserved while still maintaining the "big city" feel & features. The "7's" are leading streets that should be converted to boulevards similar to the design in Scottsdale & Glendale, with bike & walking paths and landscaped center islands. Eliminate the archaic reverse lanes but still allow free flowing traffic.
